Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Design Architect to join their team in Lucknow, India. This is a hands-on role where you'll be leading architectural design projects from concept to completion. You'll guide the team, oversee project deliverables, and ensure technical solutions are seamlessly integrated.
You'll be responsible for managing a variety of projects, including industrial, commercial, and residential developments. A key part of this role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, presenting designs, and securing approvals. You'll also collaborate closely with structural and MEP teams, and conduct final reviews of all drawings to ensure quality and timely execution.
To be successful in this position, you should have over 10 years of experience, ideally within a consultancy. Strong expertise in planning, detailing, and execution support across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, with Revit or SketchUp being a plus.
