This company is looking for a Senior Architect to join their Health Sciences team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They focus on creating healing environments through human-centric and evidence-based design, keeping patients at the core of their healthcare projects. In this role, you'll collaborate with the design team to develop architectural solutions that fit project requirements, budget, and aesthetics. You'll work alongside other disciplines, coordinating the design from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include analyzing project information, developing designs, integrating engineering and site data, and ensuring adherence to codes and standards. You'll also prepare design reports and drawings, conduct site visits, and review project deliverables. The ideal candidate will have experience across all project phases and proficiency in architectural design software like Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and PhotoShop. Familiarity with MEP and Structural building systems and building codes is essential. A relevant post-secondary education and registration with a professional architectural association are also required. This position offers a salary range of $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually.
