This company is looking for a Senior Technical Architect to join their team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They focus on industrial projects, from large logistics hubs to smaller fulfillment centers, emphasizing efficient space utilization and flexibility from concept to detailed design.
As a Senior Technical Architect, you'll translate design concepts into detailed construction documents, ensuring solutions are efficient, effective, and meet project requirements. You'll collaborate with the design team, integrating your knowledge of detailing, materials, building codes, and construction technologies across all project phases. This role involves developing technical designs, performing code research, evaluating site conditions, and coordinating with engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve constructability issues.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of project experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and a strong understanding of MEP and Structural building systems. Experience with industrial projects is a plus.
