Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior Architect to lead design teams on exciting architectural projects. You'll be responsible for guiding projects from the initial concept all the way through to completion, ensuring seamless coordination with various consultants and stakeholders.
Your day-to-day will involve managing client relationships, facilitating communication within the project team, and providing technical expertise to overcome design challenges. You'll also handle essential documentation, conduct site visits, and process project submittals during the construction phase.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, with at least 10 years of experience and proficiency in Revit and other design software. A license to practice architecture is required.
