Job Description
This company is looking for a QAQC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control on their projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You'll be responsible for making sure all construction work meets project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. This involves leading the implementation of quality management systems and guiding site supervision teams.
The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 10 years of experience in construction QA/QC, including management experience. A strong grasp of ISO 9001, construction quality standards, and developing inspection plans is essential. Experience with KSA construction codes is preferred, and a Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
You will develop quality plans, review contractor submissions, and lead site audits to ensure compliance. Managing non-conformance, overseeing material testing, and providing quality training are also key.
