This position requires a strong background in design coordination or management, with at least 15 years of experience, including 10 years on complex development or infrastructure projects. Fluency in both English and Korean is essential, along with proficiency in design software like Revit and Navisworks, and experience with BIM360 and clash detection tools. The ability to integrate sustainable design principles and innovative technologies will be crucial. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, resolving technical issues under tight deadlines, and ensuring seamless integration between design, procurement, and construction phases.
