This role is for a Team Leader in Building Mechanical, focusing on water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Canada. You'll be responsible for leading the design and delivery of these complex projects, combining technical expertise with project management and client engagement. It's a hands-on position where you'll contribute directly to designs while also mentoring engineers and designers. The company is looking for someone with a strong background in mechanical engineering, specifically with experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma, Bluebeam, and load calculation software like Carrier HAP is essential. A solid understanding of relevant codes and standards, including NFPA, ASHRAE, CSA, ASME, and building codes, is also required. You'll be expected to lead and develop a team, manage project delivery, and foster strong client relationships.
