This role is for a Team Leader in Building Mechanical for infrastructure and facilities projects in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The position involves leading the design and delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, combining technical expertise with people leadership and client engagement. You'll be a player-coach, contributing directly to design while mentoring engineers and designers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a P.Eng. designation, and 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure or facilities engineering, with a strong preference for water and wastewater facilities. Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma, Bluebeam, and Carrier HAP is required, along with a solid understanding of relevant codes and standards like NFPA, ASHRAE, CSA, and ASME. You'll be responsible for leading mechanical system design, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, performing calculations, and preparing design documents. Project management, team development, and client engagement are also key aspects of this role.
