Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You'll be responsible for implementing BIM and digital delivery standards across major building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with client mandates and ISO 19650.
Your role will involve developing BIM execution plans, managing multidisciplinary model coordination using tools like Revit and Civil 3D, and overseeing clash detection and issue resolution with platforms such as Navisworks and ACC. You'll also govern the Common Data Environment and implement quality assurance processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM management, experience with GCC/Saudi BIM mandates, and proficiency in a range of BIM software and platforms. Experience with large-scale developments and driving automation with tools like Dynamo would be beneficial.
