Job Description
The company is looking for a Development, Construction, and Technical Operations Manager to join their team in Ankara, Türkiye. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of new facility development and expansion projects.
You'll be responsible for everything from finding and evaluating new locations to handling permits, overseeing construction and renovations, and managing equipment investments and technical teams. The goal is to ensure all new and existing facilities are set up and run according to plan, budget, and operational standards.
This position requires a strong background in construction project management, site development, and technical operations, ideally within industrial settings or multi-location operations. Experience with official procedures, contractor management, and technical teams is key.
