Job Description
This role is about leading the charge for the facilities and engineering management of a major new integrated resort. It involves ensuring all building systems are perfectly set up and tested before opening, and developing a comprehensive plan for how everything will run day-to-day. You'll be responsible for establishing all the operational procedures, from safety protocols to emergency responses, and managing the teams and external contractors needed to keep the resort in top shape.
The position requires a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with deep knowledge of systems like HVAC, chilled water, and complex electrical distribution. Experience with building management systems and a solid understanding of facilities management principles are key. A degree in engineering and relevant certifications in project management and facilities management would be highly beneficial.
