This company is looking for an Architectural Associate to join their team in Tampa, Florida. You'll be involved in creating presentation materials like conceptual drawings and 3D models, and you'll help develop design solutions throughout project phases. This role offers a chance to contribute to design discussions and work collaboratively to meet project deadlines. You'll also get to attend client meetings and site visits, which will help you understand the construction process and learn how to resolve issues that arise. The company values creativity and problem-solving, and they're looking for someone with at least one year of relevant architectural experience and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Rhino or SketchUp, along with 3D rendering software, is required. While beginner Revit knowledge is necessary, intermediate skills are preferred.
