Job Description
This role is for an Electrical Design Draughtsman in Kolkata, India. You'll be responsible for creating and updating a variety of electrical drawings, including single line diagrams, power distribution layouts, and lighting plans, based on engineering inputs and calculations.
You'll also provide essential engineering support by assisting electrical engineers with drawing revisions and incorporating feedback from clients and project teams. Maintaining accurate as-built drawings and ensuring compliance with drafting standards are key aspects of this position.
Coordination with other disciplines like Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Instrumentation is crucial to prevent design clashes. Additionally, you'll manage engineering drawing databases, maintain document control, and prepare drawing packages for clients and construction teams.
