Job Description
The company is looking for an industrial designer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join their team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating 3D designs and 2D plans based on technical sheets and design department drawings. These will be used for clients, manufacturing, and production staff. You'll also prepare documents for subcontracting and purchasing, and support production with any design-related questions.
You should be a team player with a creative approach to technical problem-solving. Proficiency in Solidworks is essential, and knowledge of Rhino, Autocad, and CNC cutting files would be a great asset. Familiarity with welded assemblies and the Office suite is also expected, along with functional English.
