Job Description
The company is seeking a Facility VDC/BIM Engineer to join their new fab design team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves managing 3D models for facility systems, ensuring their quality and timely release for construction. You'll also be responsible for space management, developing usage principles, and ensuring designs align with the company's space rules, resolving any interferences.
You will work closely with trade partners and local engineers, coordinating models and resolving issues to meet specific requirements. Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential. Experience with semiconductor factory VDC/BIM and space management is a plus.
