This company is looking for a Junior Project Engineer to join their team in Rotterdam. You'll be involved in the electromechanical design of high-voltage systems, working closely with customers and internal teams to bring innovative solutions to life. This role is all about ensuring projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget. You will support the engineering and delivery of high-voltage substations and grid stabilization systems, from the initial tender phase all the way through to commissioning. This involves developing key engineering documents like Single Line Diagrams, schematics, and 3D Revit models, as well as performing necessary calculations and specifying technical equipment. You'll also manage interfaces between different engineering disciplines and coordinate with suppliers. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required, along with a strong interest in high-voltage substations and electromechanical design. Familiarity with tools like Revit and AutoCAD is beneficial, as is a keenness for BIM and digital engineering.
