Job Description
This role is about laying the financial groundwork for impressive villa and housing projects. You'll be ensuring that both the technical and financial aspects of plans are accurate, making a real impact before construction even begins.
You'll be responsible for cost estimations, bids, and work budgets for new construction projects, including detached homes and apartment buildings. This involves calculating materials, labor, and construction costs using specialized software, BIM models, and architectural drawings. You'll also be requesting and evaluating quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, considering price, quality, and feasibility.
The position offers a chance to be involved from the initial acquisition phase right through to the execution preparation. Your precise calculations will provide the project team with a clear financial picture. You'll collaborate with various internal departments and external parties, and also conduct post-construction cost analyses to compare budgeted versus actual project expenses.
