Job Description
This company is looking for a Revit/BIM Modeler to join their Tool Install division in Phoenix, Arizona. You'll be working on mechanical models for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing clients, focusing on building and maintaining Revit models, creating families, and managing linked models.
You'll be part of a collaborative team, sitting onsite with engineers and project managers. This involves participating in coordination sessions using Navisworks and translating red-line markups into model updates. The role also offers the chance to learn the company's design processes, including model health checks and QA/QC procedures.
The position requires a good understanding of Revit for mechanical modeling and familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud. There's also an opportunity to assist with design tasks when BIM modeling demand is lower.
