Your day-to-day will involve attending and documenting project meetings, managing electronic filing systems, and keeping drawings and specifications up-to-date. You'll also assist with scheduling, evaluating construction methods, and maintaining safety plans. This role requires you to handle document distribution, review submittals, and manage various logs within their CMiC system. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience. Some construction-related experience or internships are preferred, along with a basic understanding of construction cost accounting, estimating, and scheduling. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, and experience with virtual construction technology is a plus.
