This role is all about supporting the real estate development project manager in bringing multi-residential projects to life, from the initial design stages all the way through to completion. You'll be the go-to person, connecting internal teams, external consultants, and city officials, making sure everything stays on track with budgets, timelines, and project requirements.
You'll be coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, keeping a close eye on costs and schedules, and ensuring all municipal approvals are secured. This involves attending meetings, preparing reports, and proactively finding solutions to any challenges that arise.
If you have a degree in engineering, project management, urban planning, or real estate development, with 1-3 years of experience in the field, and a knack for organization and problem-solving, this could be a great fit.
