Job Description
This company is looking for a Preconstruction Engineer to join their team in Pembroke, North Carolina. You'll be involved in developing budgets and pricing from schematic design through construction documents, ensuring all necessary elements are accounted for to successfully bid and build projects.
You'll also be responsible for prequalifying subcontractors and coordinating with them to ensure they have the information needed for accurate bids. This role involves working closely with project management teams for project turnover and with marketing to maintain client relationships.
