Job Description
This role is for a Tender Assistant in construction, based in Hoorn, Netherlands. The company is looking for someone who is good at planning, analyzing, and collaborating. You'll be involved in exciting tenders, turning complex requirements into strong proposals and contributing to winning challenging building projects.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and checking cost calculations, analyzing tender documents to spot opportunities and risks, gathering input from internal experts, and developing plans for quality and approach. You'll also coordinate with colleagues and external parties to create compelling tender submissions.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, preferably in construction, and at least one year of experience as a cost estimator in the building sector. Experience with Revit, Solibri, or BIM is a bonus. Strong analytical and communication skills, along with accuracy and the ability to maintain an overview, are essential.
