Job Description
This role is for a Survey CAD Technician based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with the possibility of full remote work for candidates residing in PA. The position involves developing survey plans and construction documents for complex CAD projects, working under the guidance of a Professional Land Surveyor. Success in this role requires efficiency, the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, and a commitment to maintaining company CAD standards.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of survey work experience or an Associate's degree in a CAD-related field. Familiarity with topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, and easement plats is important. While Microstation experience is preferred, strong communication and client service skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
