Job Description
The company is seeking an Architectural & ID CAD Technician to join their team in Dubai. This role involves supporting the design team by preparing a variety of drawings, including architectural, interior design, and joinery details. You'll be responsible for ensuring these drawings are technically sound and coordinated with other disciplines like MEP and structural.
Your day-to-day will include developing detailed plans, elevations, and sections, as well as specific interior design elements like reflected ceiling plans and joinery details. You'll also assist with landscape drawings and prepare documentation for authority approvals. A key part of the role is coordinating with site teams and reviewing contractor submissions to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards.
Strong AutoCAD skills are essential, along with a good understanding of technical detailing, materials, and finishes. The ability to coordinate effectively with various project stakeholders, including consultants and contractors, is crucial. While Revit knowledge is a plus, the focus is on producing accurate and well-coordinated architectural and interior design drawings.
