Computational Designer
Job Description
The Technology Innovation Institute is seeking a Junior Engineer to join their research team in Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both hands-on experimental work and computational modeling. You'll be involved in measuring thermal signatures of various platforms like drones and vehicles, and then using that data to develop computational models.
You'll get to work with advanced measurement equipment and sensors, assist in planning and executing field tests, and ensure data quality. The role also involves building 3D environments for simulations, improving software tools, and contributing to the development of AI algorithms for target detection. You'll collaborate with colleagues and external partners on test planning.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field with a computational focus is required. Experience with sensors, data analysis, scientific programming (like Python), simulation tools, or experimental work would be a great asset.
If you're ready to contribute to cutting-edge research, explore this opportunity.
