Job Description
This is an opportunity for a Building Mechanical and Electrical Technician to join a Quebec-based engineering firm in Montreal. The company works on a variety of projects across institutional, commercial, industrial, and private sectors.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of plans, drawings, and technical specifications. You'll also be involved in cost estimations, material selection, and collaborating with the construction supervision team. The position requires you to create drawings, write specifications, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have an AEC or DEC in building mechanics or electrical systems, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong French communication skills are essential, and a valid driver's license and ASP Construction card are required.
