Job Description
The company is looking for an Architectural Tech II to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina, or Lexington, Kentucky. This role involves preparing architectural plans and assisting with construction administration under the guidance of design managers. You'll be integrating engineering elements into unified designs and preparing detailed drawings for various stakeholders.
You will also be involved in reviewing project submittals and potentially conducting on-site observations to ensure compliance with plans. The position requires the use of computer-aided design software to prepare project designs and plans.
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 2-5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is expected. Proficiency in Revit is highly preferred, and experience producing architectural drawings is essential. Basic computer skills are also necessary.
