Job Description
The company is looking for an Architectural Engineer to join their Design Department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the Dubai market, particularly concerning submissions to regulatory bodies like Dubai Municipality and Dubai Development Authority, as well as coordination with master developers such as Emaar and Nakheel.
You'll need at least five years of experience in a Dubai-based engineering consultancy. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential, alongside excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially when dealing with government entities. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills would be a definite plus.
