Job Description
The company is seeking a Technical Site Architect to oversee architectural works for a high-rise building project. This role involves preparing architectural elements from construction through to finishing and handover. You'll be responsible for reviewing and coordinating various project documents, including drawings, submittals, and technical details, while also coordinating architectural aspects with other disciplines like structural, MEP, and façade teams.
A key part of this position is identifying and resolving technical issues that arise on site, ensuring that workmanship and materials meet approved standards. You will also coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project management teams, and ensure the timely closure of technical queries and snag lists. The goal is to support the project schedule, quality control, and a successful architectural handover.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 2-3 years of experience in high-rise construction. Strong knowledge of architectural construction, detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination is essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD.
