Job Description
The company is looking for a Tendering Engineer or Architect to join their team in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves leading the preparation of tender documents and submissions, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and contracts. You'll be responsible for creating Bills of Quantities (BOQs), performing quantity take-offs, and coordinating with various engineering disciplines.
You'll also prepare technical and commercial proposals, identify project risks, and attend pre-bid meetings. The company values strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and excellent communication. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, and Bluebeam is preferred.
