Job Description
The company is looking for an Interior Designer to join their team in Valencia, Spain. This role involves creating design proposals for new interior and commercial spaces, ensuring they align with the brand's identity. You'll be responsible for incorporating architectural and technical elements, identifying innovative trends and finishes, and selecting sustainable, functional, and aesthetic materials.
You will also negotiate with and supervise contractors and external collaborators to ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality standards. The position requires creating plans, renders, and presentations, as well as leading design projects from start to finish. Collaboration and aesthetic/functional advice for residential, hospitality, and contract/B2B projects will be a key part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in creating functional and aesthetic spaces, with strong knowledge of materials, sustainable finishes, design trends, and contractor management for B2B and Contract clients. Proficiency in design and planning tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, along with a B2 English level, is also necessary.
