Job Description
The company is looking for a Design Office Architect to join their team in Kadikoy, Istanbul. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure the smooth transition of existing projects into application projects. You'll be responsible for creating and managing superpositions, coordinating drawings, and preparing and checking as-built documentation.
You should have a degree in Architecture with 3-5 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office and Autocad, and a strong understanding of architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural project coordination. Experience with large-scale application projects and site design offices, along with knowledge of building materials and master planning, would be beneficial.
The position requires you to manage the drawing process from application projects to site engineers and architects for manufacturing. You'll also be involved in creating detailed drawings during manufacturing and ensuring they are delivered to the site on time. Familiarity with Lumion, Revit, Autocad, and Sketchup is expected, as is the ability to prepare quantity surveys, cost estimates, and unit prices.
