This company is looking for a BIM Architect with 4-5 years of experience to join their team in Noida, India. You'll be responsible for developing and reviewing Revit models and CAD drawings, ensuring they accurately reflect the design intent.
Your role will involve preparing and managing detailed architectural documentation for various project stages, from design development to construction. You'll also create high-quality 2D and 3D presentations and BIM models to communicate design ideas effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Dynamo, with experience in visualization tools like Lumion. Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is also important, as is a solid understanding of construction methods and building codes.
