This role is for a 3D Model Builder, also known as a BIM Coordinator, who will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality 3D models for complex mining and industrial projects. You'll be integrating models from various engineering disciplines, ensuring accuracy and smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. You'll be using Autodesk tools like AutoCAD and Navisworks for modeling, clash detection, and generating reports. Experience with point cloud data and developing 4D models is also part of the job. The company is looking for someone who understands design standards, safety in design, and can coordinate effectively with engineering teams and vendors. This position requires a strong background in EPCM, mining, or heavy industrial projects, with 10-15 years of experience in 3D modeling or BIM coordination.
