Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join their team in San Jose, California. You'll be working with electrical, architectural, mechanical, and structural drawings to create fully coordinated electrical installations using 3D modeling.
Your role will involve creating installation drawings and work packets for prefabrication from the coordinated model, attending BIM/clash detection meetings, and independently managing multiple jobs. You'll also be responsible for generating detailed layouts for conduit routing, electrical rooms, and light fixtures, ensuring a clash-free and constructible model for field teams. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD is key.
