Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator in Norwood, Massachusetts. This role involves taking architectural and engineering documents and creating electrical 3D drawings to ensure coordination with other trades and prevent clashes. You'll be responsible for creating As-Builts using AutoCAD and Revit, attending coordination meetings, and working with project managers and foremen to develop coordinated 3D drawings.
You'll also review shop drawings and clash reports, and collaborate with the prefabrication and electrical design departments. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of MEP coordination experience and a working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
