Job Description
This role is all about ensuring BIM models are coordinated and integrated seamlessly within complex infrastructure projects. You'll be the go-to person for quality assurance, acting as a crucial link between BIM management, design teams, and various technical disciplines. Your focus will be on fostering effective collaboration through models and making sure all digital project outputs are top-notch.
You'll be responsible for coordinating and merging BIM models from different areas like bridge and civil engineering, as well as traffic and structural design. This involves checking and updating these models to ensure everything fits together perfectly. You'll also set up and manage processes for model linking, clash detection, and data exchange, using tools like Desite BIM, Solibri, and Navisworks.
