Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join a major advanced manufacturing project in the Boise Metropolitan Area. This role involves being the main technical BIM point person on-site, setting up BIM processes, and developing standards. You'll be responsible for managing model families, running clash detection, maintaining model libraries, and ensuring that construction plans are clear and accurate for the field teams.
You'll need a solid understanding of BIM principles and experience with software like Navisworks for clash detection and model management. Familiarity with Procore for handling submittals and RFIs is also important. A background in construction, architecture, or engineering, with at least two years of relevant experience, is required.
This is a contract position expected to last about a year, with potential for extension. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and per diem, along with a benefits package.
