Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Coordinator/Drafter to join their team in East Rutherford, New Jersey. You'll be working on specialized chimney and exhaust stack systems, turning engineering ideas into detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings.
Your role will involve using software like Revit and AutoCAD to create these models, and then participating in coordination meetings using Navisworks and Revizto to ensure everything fits together seamlessly on complex infrastructure and commercial projects. You'll also help manage models and documents through Autodesk Construction Cloud.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or mechanical drafting, with strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revizto, and ACC. A good understanding of MEP coordination and the ability to communicate effectively during multi-trade meetings are also important.
