Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their international team. This role will involve coordinating the collaborative BIM design process for a major hospital construction project in Guatemala, with an estimated duration of two years.
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models, implementing the BIM Execution Plan, and ensuring consistency and quality across all BIM workflows. This includes generating clash detection reports, collaborating with project teams for issue resolution, and supporting the delivery team to align BIM deliverables with project timelines. You will also provide BIM support to project teams and advise on BIM matters with third parties.
The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating BIM for large, unique building projects, with a strong command of Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools. Experience with document control tools like BIM360/ACC is essential, and prior work on hospital or healthcare construction is highly desirable. International geographical availability is required, with an initial two-year relocation to Guatemala.
