Job Description
The company is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join their team in Orlando, Florida. This role involves managing BIM on projects and supporting the growth of the MEP practice. You'll be coordinating with various internal disciplines using Revit and BIM tools to deliver multi-discipline projects.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure smooth project coordination across multiple offices. This position offers significant autonomy to lead, direct, and develop the business.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, with strong design skills in Revit and other Autodesk products, as well as MEP design, including content creation and family development. The ability to travel to other company offices for project support, communicate effectively at all levels, and manage staff are also key requirements.
