Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. You'll be working closely with the BIM Manager, focusing on the day-to-day coordination of active construction projects. This role involves keeping BIM models up-to-date, running clash detection, and supporting field teams to ensure smooth information flow.
You'll be a key point of contact for subcontractor coordination and providing model support to those on site. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Revit and Navisworks, with experience in clash detection and model management. Familiarity with Autodesk Forma and a basic grasp of MEP systems are also important.
