Job Description
This role is for a BIM Coordinator who will be instrumental in leading and supporting Building Information Modeling (BIM) and virtual construction efforts for various commercial construction projects. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed Revit models, ensuring they align with project timelines, budgets, and scopes.
You will translate design documents into construction-ready models, coordinate across different disciplines to detect clashes, and support prefabrication and field installation with accurate modeling. This position offers a great opportunity to work on complex projects, particularly in the semiconductor industry, and gain experience with advanced electrical construction environments.
The company is looking for someone proficient in Revit and Navisworks, with experience in BIM 360 or similar cloud platforms. Strong electrical drafting and modeling skills within BIM are essential, as is the ability to interpret construction drawings and collaborate effectively with project teams.
If you're ready to take on a key BIM role, this could be your next step.
