The company is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join their team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role involves managing BIM on projects and supporting the growth of the MEP practice. You'll be coordinating with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines using tools like Revit and BIM to deliver complex, multi-discipline projects.
You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure smooth project coordination across multiple offices. This position offers a significant level of autonomy to lead, direct, and develop the business.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, with strong design skills in Revit and other Autodesk products, as well as MEP design, including content creation, families, and schedules. The ability to travel to other company offices for project support, communicate effectively at all levels, and manage staff is also essential.
