Job Description
This role is for a BIM Preparer in the building construction sector, based in Zwolle, Netherlands. The company is looking for someone to manage the planning and coordination of building projects, ensuring a smooth transition from design to execution. You'll be responsible for overseeing drawings, suppliers, and the construction site, making sure the execution team has everything they need.
Your day-to-day will involve preparing, planning, and coordinating building projects. This includes checking designs and translating them into working drawings and instructions, acting as a liaison between project leaders, site managers, and suppliers. You'll also spend time both in the office and on-site.
To be successful, you'll need a background in construction and ideally HBO work and thinking level, or an MBO diploma with relevant experience. Strong Dutch language skills are essential.
