Job Description
This company is looking for a CAD Designer and Drawing Coordinator to join their team in Terrebonne, Quebec. You'll be responsible for setting up and maintaining drawing standards and processes, and you'll also supervise a team of internal drafters.
You'll collaborate with subcontractors and may be involved in hiring and training new Tekla drafters as needed. The role also includes overseeing BIM coordination for projects when required.
The ideal candidate has experience managing people, is proficient with Tekla or similar parametric software, and has a background in detailing structural steel or ornamental metal. Strong French language skills are essential, and English proficiency is a plus.
