Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Detailer to join their team in Lithia Springs, Georgia. You'll be supporting BIM Modelers on large-scale data center projects, helping to finish ongoing work and create shop drawings and Bills of Materials.
Your role will involve annotating existing BIM models, collaborating on constructible designs, and assisting with clash detection to resolve conflicts. You'll also help prepare shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-builts for field teams, and support prefabrication efforts. Maintaining project standards and file management will be key.
To succeed, you'll need at least two years of BIM detailing experience, ideally in mission-critical or data center environments. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential, along with a solid understanding of electrical systems and constructability. Good communication and attention to detail are also important.
