Job Description
The company is looking for a Technician/Draftsperson in Urban Infrastructure to join their team in Granby, Quebec. This role involves supporting engineers in designing plans and specifications for urban infrastructure projects. You'll be using AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create drawings, prepare submission plans, and ensure compliance with existing utilities and structures.
You'll also be responsible for quantity take-offs, site supervision when needed, and preparing sketches. A DEC in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant drafting experience are required. Proficiency in French and familiarity with Ministry of Transport of Quebec and BNQ standards would be a strong asset.
