The company is looking for a Senior Draughtsman with a focus on Civil aspects for fit-out projects. This role involves preparing and coordinating detailed shop drawings and layouts, ensuring everything aligns with project specifications.
You'll be working closely with engineers, architects, and site teams to manage drawing revisions and approvals. The position requires someone who can handle technical documentation and support the smooth delivery of projects.
To be successful, you'll need a Civil Engineering or Architecture background, with at least 5-7 years of experience specifically in fit-out projects within the UAE. Strong AutoCAD skills are essential, and knowledge of Revit would be beneficial. Experience with authority submissions and the ability to work precisely under pressure are key.
