The company is looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented 2D/3D Architectural Drafter to join their team. This role involves contributing to the design and modeling of architectural and interior design projects, from initial sketches to final presentations.
You'll be responsible for creating 2D architectural plans, developing realistic 3D models and renderings, and producing detailed execution plans and technical drawings. Collaboration with architects, designers, and project managers will be key, as will making revisions efficiently to meet deadlines.
A background in architecture, interior design, building drafting, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Revit. A good understanding of architectural drafting standards, a keen eye for detail, creativity, and organizational skills are essential.
